Round Cooling Rack , Topboutique 1 Pieces Round Stainless Steel Baking Rack for Cooking Baking Roasting Grilling Cooling, 8'' Wire Racks, Fit Various Size Cookie Sheets Oven, ven & Dishwasher Safe

This little cooling rack is very sturdy and well-made. I've used it mostly for dry-brining meat; it's the perfect size to set on a dinner plate for that purpose. Since it's stainless steel, not chrome-plated like many cooling racks, it's dishwasher-safe.

It doesn't suit my use case. FLAT screen was desired. I need something to keep my eggs from the bottom of my induction pot, but the downslope on the outside of the screen is too large and all my eggs sat against the wall of the pot... major issue since it has a full copper wrap from the bottom up the sides. Thus, eggs get too hot and split before boil is complete.
