Amazing

This product is amazing. I have two dogs who are constantly shedding and this vacuum keeps up with the everyday pile up of the dog hair. I have had no issues with the Bluetooth connection and battery charge last the entire cleaning of the house.

Acceptable Performance For the Price Point

Does a good job vacuuming and mopping but application and mapping are average and require a lot of tweeking to identify carpeted areas accurately. There are no carpet sensors and the mop will not lift itself over carpeted areas to get to tiled areas.

Love my robot: hate the battery

I love my Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1. It does a great job vacuum ing my house. However, the battery on my robot has gone out on two robots. They were under warranty and were replaced with a new robot. I would give the robot 5 stars if it was not for the bad battery.
