Big Issue!

Though the overall look of this frame is really nice and at a great price point especially for this size, there is one big issue. I have ordered not one, but two so far and each frame that I've received has been warped; rendering it useless to use. So very warped on the top and the bottom of the frame, that it sticks out about 3” away from the wall on both ends. Thats just plain ridiculous! It's not because the seller packaged it poorly, as it's packaged very protected and secure in the box when they ship it off to you. It's either because of 3 reasons: 1. How the seller is storing their frames. Not laying it flat but propped up against a wall with stacks of frames together for long periods of time, or laying it flat with many frames stacked on top of each other. 2. The supplier/seller uses defective wood when making their frames. 3. The frames are being stored incorrectly and in a very humid/moist/wet environment. It's a real bummer that I had to return both of them already when I really need this style and size frame. I found this seller selling this exact frame on another well known online shopping site. Im taking a chance and reordering another one for the 3rd time. Though I'm skeptical and not holding my breath, I'm just really hoping that I'll get lucky and the outcome will be different this time around. Walmart should forward my review to this seller, as this issue should really be looked into.
