Return status

You refunded my order but the box has been discarded and it would cost too much to have it packaged and shipped back. Are you willing to give a partial refund and let me keep the fireplace? I think it's a good solution for both of us. Please let me know what you think. Thank you for your consideration πŸ™

Family room heater

It was a perfect addition to our family room and we enjoyed using it. There were a few moments where it couldn't hold the temperature but we worked around it. I would recommend picking this up
