Excellent product. It clears clogs seemlessly and flawlessly. After you pour the liquid in, particularly overnight, if you give the enzymes 8-12 hours to work through the clog before running (or pouring) any water down the drain, you will be very pleased with the results. item was Substituted and shipped quickly except you can't substitute apples for oranges. Plus, you can't tell people that pick the orders that barely understand that Heavy Duty is not the same as build up. So, I got f'd twice as far as I'm concerned. Build Up is light duty, Slow Drain, scum remover. Heavy Duty Is, No drain CLOGGED!
