A little squirt makes a great clean.

I bought this because the salt from the road made salt marks all through the house. This mop with the spray makes the clean up tolerable. No need for power it has a trigger pump that works great, I mixed vinegar with water and worked great. Good luck on your adventure in cleaning.

Definitely comparable to the brand name pads. Easy to use. I accidentally removed the tape strip which should have stayed on to keep the pad on the base (my error). Definitely don't remove the 2 tape strips. I wouldn't go back to purchasing the brand name pads, these are just as good.
