Awesome for hydration . I love this stuff , it's an amazing lemon lime flavor and it's a powder . I bring it in a small baggie or small container when I'm traveling and then just get water from a fountain or such . It's much easier than carrying around the premade version in the plastic bottles especially when traveling . It's great hydration overall and this one since it's a powder can be made strong or weak. It's great iced with a splash of juice as well or with some soda water . You can get creative . The powder is a great value and this is a good sized container . It stores well in the pantry even in South Florida

Love that that it has orange our favorite flavor easy to use huge container less for a lot very long time economically great whenever we don’t have a regular Gatorade around. It’s really nice to have the Gatorade powder to just make up Gatorade whenever we need it. Love this buy it all the time!
