Total change over to Rigid starting with these.
I got these as my first set of Rigid Tools and have began replacing all of my cordless and corded tools with Rigid. I was trying to get screws out of Oak wood with the Impact Driver with no luck, switched over to the Hammer Drill and they came out lickety split.

amazing power
I have both the brushless and the regular impacts and was amazed by the power of the brushless. I was having troubles driving in a deck screw with my regular driver. I switched to the brushless and it never slowed down. Very happy with the performance and price point.

Good tools HORRIBLE SUPPORT
My neighbor is a roofer and recommended Rigid tools. Talked up the “ Life time Warranty “ so I decided to give Rigid a try. NEVER EVER have I ever had such a hard time registering My tools like I did with Rigid. Waited 1 1/2 hrs on the phone, while I was trying online AND I still have to wait 6 weeks to see if online registration is correct. ( never did get to talk to anyone on the phone ) Hope the tools are better than customer support!!!
