I was having gut problems so I switched to lactose-free milk and the fat freeze even better because it doesn't have all the added calories and fat content in it and realized soon after that lactose-free milk lasts three times longer in the fridge which is good because we don't drink it enough

Lactose free skim milk stays fresh longer

Walmart brand lactose free skim milkhas good flavor, doesn't have the funny aftertaste of the name brand but stays good in the fridge for a couple weekslike the name branf.. I don't use enough milk to be able to buy skim milk which goes bad in a day or two. I am not lactose intolerant so I can't speak to whether someobe who is lactose intolerant could drink the Great Value brand without issues but this lasts in the fridge long enough for me to be able to use it up before it goes bad and tastes good.

No difference

Due to medical stuff, I couldn't drink milk anymore. I am so happy to be able to have milk again. I cannot tell any difference in lactose free vs. other dairy milk. I REALLY wish there was much more lactose free ice cream options out there and flavored milk. :-)
