I'm really excited about this product because I never knew that a vitamin D cream existed. I don't have psoriasis, so maybe that's why I didn't know about it, but I do have vitamin D deficiencies, and I've had a history of it, so when I found out this cream existed, I was excited to try! I've been using it for a little over a week now, and I do love how well it absorbs. I'm not so sure I can actually "tell" that I am noticing the benefits of the vitamin D, but my overall mood has been very good. I like that this product is paraben-free, and also fragrance-free, so anyone who's worried about it being too much for their sensitive skin, you can rest assure that it's very gentle. I was using on the tops of my hands, but I've been washing so much more recently with the COVID crisis that I wanted the cream to have adequate absorption time, so I've now been rubbing the cream on my inner wrists. this product seems to have many uses, and vitamin D is good for strong bones & heart and a healthy immune system. I'd be curious about the benefits of this cream for psoriasis users, but I don't have it. Either way, you don't have to have psoriasis to find great benefits with this cream. It's a great way to absorb vitamins, because pill form for vitamin D isn't well-absorbed! Smart product right here.
