Real Dairy Products, Melts Easily

We have bought this brand of cheese for quite a few years. It is mellow in taste instead of sharp and for that reason we like it for grilled cheese sandwiches. It melts very easily. Slices can be put on enchiladas and melted also. It is made from real dairy products and is rich in calcium. There are no artificial ingredients or dyes. We also break it up and eat it on crackers. I like that it has an expiration date on it far away so it will last awhile.

Best cheese to use for BBQ!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best type of cheese for BBQ. I use them all the time for variety of burgers. The cheese is consistent and does not melt right way nor stay solid when on a hot burger. Highly recommend!
