Extremely Displeased!

The product ordered was not what was shipped and there was a large hole in the pocket. The coat ordered was a MEN's 100% wool Winter coat. The product sent was a Women's 95% polyester, 5% cotton light jacket. The hole in the right pocket was three fingers wide. I did appreciate the help with the refund but I should have been refunded the shipping cost as well. I tried to rate this review at less than one but was not allowed.
