Simple and kid friendly

I love that these are just basic ear buds with a volume limiter. I don't have to use and app to set controls, my kids know how to use them on their own, and they are decent quality. I think they are a little pricey for what they are but my daughter didn't want over the ear headphones any more, and these were the only SIMPLE volume limiting ear buds I could find.

Nephew feels "hip" when he uses these!

We really needed some volume-limiting earbuds for my nephew, because my husband is 70% deaf and cannot even tell when the six-year-old has the volume on waaaay too loud, so we were afraid he would maybe start to damage HIS hearing if he got in the habit of listening to too-loud music and overly loud movies now (and ALL movies are over-loud, it seems to me). I had never heard of this manufacturer or these earbuds, so we just gave them a try. Actually, we were very surprised, because for some reason our nephew has had problems in the past getting earbuds to fit, and these fit him perfectly. And he actually could put them in himself, and they stayed in! That's never happened before, so we had reason to cheer for that reason alone. That's been a pretty big problem since he's been using earbuds for about a year or so. The sound is decent enough in our opinion (maybe our standards are higher than his), but in his opinion, "they're awesome," so that's great. And he feels like they make him look "hip," (his words), and tons more hip than his "baby ones" he had before. So that makes them a winner in our book. Another bonus: with the auxiliary jack, we can check the volume or one of his friends can ride in the car with him and watch a DVD on longer car rides -- what a blessing that is! Silence! And since he can't raise these earbuds to ear-splitting level (like his uncle would have gladly done for him with his old pair), his mother and I are both ecstatic. Overall, very pleased with them.
