20 out of 10!!! My Noni is disabled and spends most of her time in bed. I searched for something that wouldn't make the height of the mattress too high and offered comfort along with helping to improve blood flow. I wasn't sure if the lower price meant lower quality but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. This alternating air mattress is a charm. The air pockets provide just the necessary amount of movement, helping to increase blood flow and comfort pressure rashes/sores. The battery/motor conveniently hangs on the bedside and is whisper quiet--you literally hear nothing. Assembly is minimal as you only need to attach the tubing from the motor , turn it on and give it a few moments to inflate. I was truly surprised at how efficient this pressure mattress was. Noni is happy and sleeps so much better at night. This is an EXCELLENT value for the product and I 100% recommend this item for anyone with limited mobility.
