Such a Good Product!

I have migraines and sometimes they start in my neck. This heating pad works so well. It's easy to use and helps relieve the stiffness and pain. It definitely helps prevent a migraine. I also like the timer option on it.

Softer and More Versatile Than It Looks

This heating pad really surprised me. Before buying it, I thought it might feel stiff or rigid, but it lays flat and drapes nicely wherever you place it. The material is incredibly soft — very plush and comfortable against the skin. I like the snap buttons to keep it in place, but I often lay it across a cushion and use it on different areas, not just my neck and shoulders. I've even used it on my hips, which feels like an extra bonus since it's not advertised that way. The only downside is that the cord and control piece are a little clunky. Not a deal breaker, just something that could be improved. Overall, it's soft, flexible, and more versatile than it looks in photos. I'm very happy with it.
