Looks like it came from a professional frame shop
It is not glass fronted, but plexiglass fronted. Which is GREAT! I didn't have to worry about breakage when mounting the photo and the plexiglass is as clear as glass. My husband gave me a consigned drawing of us for Christmas and wanted it mounted. At a frame store that would have cost over a hundred dollars. I mounted it myself in this frame and saved lots of money and it looks professional.
