Works like a dream

I was skeptical but NEEDED a vacuum and am on a BUDGET .. the suction is unbelievable which to me was all that mattered. Its small and it swivels (yes its hard to put together) but follow directions it's a dream only thing I'd say is its easiest to use on the carpet as a handheld due to its super suction power.
