Good but not excellent quality. I wanted this for an unusual reason - the fringes are the most gentle way (besides compressed air) to remove dust and pollen from plastic windshields without causing scratches. That cotton fringe is extremely gentle when used to whisk away dust. What's left is negligible, or it needs a gentle washing. This towel is terry on one side and velour on the other. The fringes are as long as I could want them to be for gentle dusting action. I would not call this towel fluffy, nor does it need to be as a fingertip towel. It will do small jobs well.
