We received our personalized cooler

We received our personalized cooler and it looks really nice. Unfortunately, we are unable to use it because the lid was not attached to the cooler, and there were no screws included to secure it in place. Please let us know how we can resolve this issue. Super convenient.

The light weight and wheels make it super convenient. The hard rubber wheels grip on smooth surfaces keeping the cooler from sliding out of control and the tall slim design makes it a perfect extra seat. The only short coming is aesthetic, I thought the custom design would be engraved rather than simply printed.

Perfect size for day trips

Love the smaller 22 size with wheels for our day outings trail riding. We keep the larger cooler at the campsite and carry everything we need for the day in the 22. The ustom screenprinting on the lid is a nice touch and came out perfectly.
