Wrong item from a foreign country with no return!

I received the wrong item as the one I received had no wheels. You dropped the ball as you said it was from a foreign country and didn't want to return it. You apparently returned my money, and I have been dealing with a company in Vietnam for about three months or more as they wanted it returned!! I finally got a photo, as the item I received was still in the box, because they requested a photo of the box. I texted it to them and they apologized and asked if I would like to keep the shelf unit and settle for $15.00a as it would cost triple that amount to send it back to them. I now have a shelf unit I can't use, and I still don't have one on wheels that I need. This is why I can't give you a higher rating. You should have taken it back and got me the unit I ordered. There is a picture of the item I ordered at the top of this questionnaire. You have more money than I do being just on social security and am 88 years old. Still want to get me what I ordered? You might try a company here in the good old USA. I might get what I need. Dar Stow
