Mary Ruth is a brand I trust
My four-year-old son does not like the flavor that much it kind of gives a carrot flavor which he loves carrots but he did not really like this flavor even though it says it's raspberry. I do not mind it however I don't think it tastes horrible just leaves a little weird aftertaste, but it's fine. You can wash it down with water. I do like the convenience of having one multivitamin for me and my child that is just so much easier with traveling and less clutter. Mary Ruth is a brand I trust.
