assembly is very easy, just watch a couple of YouTube videos by the company. I have a very small studio apartment and after getting rid of a couple of recliners and smaller tables, I've got a lot more room than I had before with a modular couch 🛋️. it's a great material, and the covers are all washable. I don't suggest jumping up and down on it. The hidden beauty is that I can rearrange it to my way anytime my comfort needs change. 😀 I would buy this again.
