Put these on my Bridal Registry and was pleased to receive 8! Perfect for individual servings of soup, souffle, casserole, pudding and stew. Keeps items nice and hot so can be placed on the table prior to seating. Also can be used for clarified butter, warm dips and spreads, as well as individual sorbet, ice cream and gelato. Keeps hot hot, and cold cold. Perfect for entertaining!

Always see these small cocottes at restaurants and resorts. They are great for serving warm dips, sauces, clarified butter, molten cakes, individual, mac and cheese, even cinnamon rolls. Love how they look on the table, and how they keep everything nice and warm. In the process of adding more to my collection, my goal is an even dozen. These will last a lifetime so I consider them an investment in years of entertaining!
