Had this for a day. First batch of crepes, I either made the batter too thick or too warm, it baked the batter in the tray. Second round I made the batter a little thinner and mixed some ice cubes in it. This made cafe level perfect crepes, made about 6 with 1/2 cup of flour, one egg, salt, 2tbsp butter, 1/3c milk, 1/3 water give or take, added a little extra water to make it less thick. The crepes actually curl up at the edges when that side is cooked. Some may be done at that point but I took a spatual and flipped the crepes to cook on both sides. So easy, so incredible. My daughter ate all of them with banana and nutella right away. Cannot recommend enough, cleaning is a rinse away.

I love this crepe grill, it has 2 temp settings and I use it to make spring roll wrappers. I want to try to use it for other things too. I have one of these in my home in NOLA and had to have one here in PA. Easy to clean. I would recommend it.
