The shipping experience was great. I received it very quickly. I followed the instructions and made sure that there was no screen protector on my phone. I installed the case. Then, touchscreen on my iPhone would not work. I guess there is something wrong with the glass screen protector. The side buttons seemed to work fine, but the main interface is through the touchscreen. I took it off and will use my old case until I can get a new one.
