WARNING - The description LIES

The posting said "3D Garden Hanging Ornaments Home Flowerbed Crafts." It's flat. Not 3D. "At a glance" said "Material: Iron." It's made of plastic. As for "free returns" when I ask the seller (Cuticate) about return instructions, I was emailed an offer to keep it and they would give me a 10% (then) 20% and finally (30%) refund. I finally called WalMart and I'm still waiting on my refund. Bottomline: This is a flat piece of plastic with a parrot picture on the surface and a seller who is a bit dodgy at best.
