I have taken this Biotin supplement for more than 10 years every day. As you can see in the picture, my finger nails look healthy. Besides the fingernails, it also helps me not to lose hair. But you need to be very patient if you want to have a good result. From my experience, you may need to take one pill everyday for a minimum five years.
