The doll carriage was easy to put together. No tools were needed. The product seems to be well mad. My only problem was with the directions. The pictures were not detailed and the actual directions seemed incomplete. Common sense made putting it together easy and I even found a way to adjust the height of the handle. I really liked how very easy it was to convert between the three configurations. The feature where the carrier attaches to the frame so the pram can face forward or backward was very convenient during play. We have not used the harness. The only issue is the grip moves around and it is kind of slimy or oily.
