I received this refurbished Dell 7060 in the middle of December, everything powered up fast and I transferred all of my files on the C: drive. A day later, the computer would not turn on. I tried different things to get it back online with no results. I had to take it to a computer 911 Store so I could delete my sensitive files before I could return it back to Walmart. After approx 2.5 hrs of diagnositc research, the issue was finally corrected. It was not the power cable as I originally thought. It was either the mother board or the installed memory modules. The desktop works fine now and I decided to keep it bc it is so fast. I also hope to get reimbursed for the $$ that I spent to correct the power issue. I also purchased a 3-warranty with this purchase.

I can"t belive once the 30 day warranty is over. This computer craps out after 65 days of use. So much for this company on their pride of having the best rebuilt computer. I am surprise that WalMart lets this company sells useless computers.

they sent a "free" upgrade. side plastic insert had fallen out. never connected to wifi. called to trouble shoot determined inneeded a. ew usb. said would send a new and should have by weeks end. called 10mdays later shupped another usb (in the meantime i bought one which did. ot solve the prjblem) usb replacement received, it did not fix the issue either. RETURNED I spent a lotmof time and $ havinf my data transferrd and rhen removed. very disappointed. do not recommend
