Keeps the breakouts away

I've been using this since I was a teenager, and even now in my 30s everytime I try to switch to something else, my skin will have small breakouts. Even if the facewash has the same main ingrediant it doesn't work as well! I use it as a mask once a week and a regular face wash everyday.

Excellent for Oily Skin and Breakouts

The clay Neutrogena facial wash and mask is fantastic! It. It can be used by adding a little to your face and then washing/scrubbing or it can be put thinly on your face and allowed to dry. I do it the second way. The benzoyl peroxide settles my skin breakouts and the clay helps to dry my ever so oily skin.It works as a “spot” treatment too. I come back to it time and again because it is amazing and inexpensive. Fragrance is clean and refreshing. This IS NOT an incentivized review. There is one precaution. The peroxide can bleach clothing and towels. Be aware of this and it's all good.

I've used this product for something like 15 years now. Has always been an effective tool for managing acne for me. I've found my skin gets mad if I over use this though, even after years of benzoyl peroxide usage. For best results I'd recommend only using it 3-5x a week and in small amounts.
