Better than having Regular Vacuum

This is my second Lynx. I just bought a another one for my newly remodeled family room with wool rugs. I already turned others on to this unbelievable vacuum. I have all orientals and some wool rugs through out my whole house. I use this on my hardwood floors too even my HW kitchen floor. It has great suction. You can go just pick up or roller beater. I have fringe on some rugs ,so when I get to that I just do pick up not beater bar. I have stopped using my big vacuum because this is all I need. We are neat freaks here and this is a daily use for us. I don't sweep my kitchen floor I use this...zip I'm done. The battery is good being a lithium so you can just keep putting it back to recharge at any point so you always have a full charge. I do this so I have enough every use because you just keep going wanting to vacuum. No effort with this. Hope Hoover keeps this model forever and not discontinue it. I strongly recommend this! Stop shopping around I already did my homework and this is it!!!

Definite upgrade from ergorapido.

I've been utterly disappointed with Ergorapido and took a chance with this more expensive cordless vacuum. Now, I think they're all too expensive BUT in comparison the LiNX is worth the price tag. It feels and performs like it has the power of a corded. It's actually sucking up debris from my hardwoods, not just scattering it like the ergorapido did. The one thing I wish it had was a light. I have NOT run into failing battery issue that some have complained about. I have only owned it for two weeks and I have used it pretty much daily, I have 2 year old :-) I run it for two 15-20 minute session off 1 charge without any noticeable drop offs in power. Maybe battery issues come from not fully charging as directed prior to first use. That is a problem with cell phones also.

We have 2 long hair cats and this vac picks up all the cat hair. The suction last through out the entire job. About 20 min. The floor setting will last longer than the carpet setting. We have area rugs through out the house and it does a very good job on them. Cleaning out the canister is a snap. I bought a second battery just in case, but have not had to use it yet.
