I had my daughter in law cook me a thin sliced steak while I was working on my computer because it cooked fast She brought my plate with the broccoli cheese rice and it tasted like she made me a casserole in that time. Only took 6 mins in the microwave and was wonderful.

I love the broccoli cheese. I used it as a base for broccoli cheese soup for one. I just add butter, either milk or cream and for my taste I had cayenne pepper just a little bit. it's wonderful and much cheaper than using Panera Bread broccoli cheese soup

Perfect Cheesy Rice!

I recently found this and it's perfect for lunch. Microwaving the minimum amount of time for my wattage, yields perfectly cooked cheesy rice with broccoli. The cheese reminds me of 'mac %26 cheese' in texture only. It doesn't always slide out of the bag, so you may need to use a spatula or spoon to get it out. Then, I stir to blend the cheese into the rice better. You don't have to do that though, as it tastes great either way. There's nothing I want changed about this product. It's delicious!
