This is really good. I found out about this product with a friend. I didn't even know Walmart sold these. I went from buying whole sweet potatoes just to buy these frozen ones. It's really less of a hassle. Now I wouldn't buy these to make my candied yams, but they are good for meal prep.

Made an apple, pecan, cranberry and sweet potato bake as a side dish for a roast chicken dinner and it came out perfect! No peeling potatoes! I feel like fresh sweet potatoes would have gotten mushy with this dish, the frozen cubes stayed in perfect cubes while roasting and the dish came out perfect. I will be purchasing them again.
