This is actually a pretty handy thing to have around the kitchen. The chopped dried parsley is almost the same as getting fresh parsley and definitely a lot better than if you were to go out and get it in the dry form from one of the competitors where it's years old. This is like they figured out a way to have fresh, but you're able to keep it. I got a coupon from Bzz Agent and absolutely adored the product. It is great for topping "Marry Me Chicken" or other dishes with heavy cream based sauce.
