Canned workhorse in my kitchen! I use lots of beans of all kinds - they are cheap and healthy. These black beans are even more nutritious than many other kinds. They are great in "regular" bean dishes, but make wonderful salads and bean burgers too. Did I mention they don't cost much either 😜
