This product works very, very well. It trims like it's supposed to it cuts like it's supposed to. I will be buying this product again once it goes out. It cuts hair and everything. It is amazing. it's a beautiful shade of gold, very durable and sturdy, small design but great power, full charge in under 2 hours comes with 4 guide combs, cleaning brush and USB charger so no tangling cord, I love that the power buttom lights up green when fully charged and flashes when low and is placed on the bottm of the tool so that your hand or finger doesn't interrupt with the cutting, it's not loud at all and the performance is excellent in all for the price I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
