I'm incredibly confused with the reviews that say this takes days to put together. I put this together by myself in 4 hours. It wasn't difficult to put together, it was simple if you follow the diagrams. You cannot expect a unit to be of actual wood and stone for a price of $300-$500. You get what you pay for and this LOOKS very nice. People who are displeased are simply expecting a $1500 unit. I love it and it looks so nice!

Nice fireplace

We spent about 4 hours putting this together. The instructions were easy to follow. It is very sturdy and nice looking for the price. We were a little disappointed with how small the fireplace insert is which is why we gave it 4 stars. The flame looks nice and it blows good heat. We do like that the storage cabinets on the sides light up. For the size of our room this fireplace fits good however if your room was of larger size this unit isn't very big.
