Warranty claim

I had the pathfinder series case in clear. Unfortunately the case had some issues where the rubber sides separated from the clear plastic. I sent pictures into UAG and they honored the warranty even though they do not carry my original case. The new case they gave me is amazing, sleeker and more stylish. The customer service is above and beyond and will be ordering much more
