This is hands down my favorite condiment second to buldak sauce in everything. It has a fresh taste, the perfect amount of heat, and works WAY too good in soups, stir fry, and especially ramen. Oh man is this stuff good in ramen!! Another way I really enjoy this is just putting it on plain white rice with a side of kimchi. Back when there was a shortage of this stuff, I honestly started to panic. Always have a minimum of two jars now!

Not that hot but adds a lot of flavor. If you want something to have a little Asian flavor and a little heat this stuff helps. Whether it's eggs, or rice, ramen or veggies it gives everything a little extra yum.

No more catsup

I've pretty much eliminated regular catsup (spelled "ketchup" now, although that is incorrect) and replaced it with the various types of this sauce. Because I enjoy Tabasco and other hot sauces, when a recipe calls for catsup, I substitute this in its place. I love bacon and eggs and pour this on the eggs. Great stuff.
