Soft %26 spreadable with the same cream cheese, aka smearcaese, flavor! I mix it with a jar of drained chopped pimentos plus a half cup of melted (in microwave) shredded fat free cheddar, to make a pimento cheese spread. More cheddar can be added to your taste. Bon apetit! Another Walmart Great Value.
