I've used this product for many years. It is very helpful in controlling your hunger. It also makes you feel fuller before you eat too much. This is a great, easy, affordable life improving product: I recommend take it with a 16oz bottle of drinking water. I am going to resume taking it I took them all last winter, these gave great SUBTLE HEALTHY results. As in: you see the difference then if you stop, you notice the difference. These are overall a win win win, imo. Remember: take these per timing on pkg and with 16 Oz of water, imo. Love love love these.
