I am going to resume taking it I took them all last winter, these gave great SUBTLE HEALTHY results. As in: you see the difference then if you stop, you notice the difference. Firstly, I like the availability of this product. I didnt have to go to the store and hope it would be there. Walmart.com confirmed that they would mail it to me. I've used this product for many years. It is very helpful in controlling your hunger. It also makes you feel fuller before you eat too much. There are no jittery feelings like some weight loss products cause. This product also give you 2 months of pills for the price of only one. I will continue to use this product.
