This 1% milk provided a mild, fresh dairy sweet taste! I like that it's 1% because of the reduced intake of saturated fat, while still maintaining high levels of nutrients like calcium, protein and vitamin d. Our family enjoyed this milk in various ways: eating cereal, added to our coffee, and also straight up as a morning beverage! We really enjoy it numerous ways! A must buy!

I love this. It's affordable and more on the heavier side and best of yet my son can't tell the difference. I like to get this and then sugar free chocolate syrup and we make our own chocolate milk. Saves you like 3-4 bucks and makes way more than the regular chocolate milk.
