Great Value Original Plain Nonfat Yogurt, 32 oz Tub

I have gone after the strawberry flavor on every purchase for a long time now and occassionally vanilla. I used to get plain nonfat yogurt all the time. I dunno. I just felt like having plain yogurt this time around. I use it to take pills, since anything else doesn't usually do well with me for larger chalky-like types. It helps massively with that... any kind of yogurt at all. That's mainly all I use yogurt for of any type. No real reason to go too far, but I do mix alot of things in to whatever flavored yogurts I get.

I purchased Great Value yogurt all the time. I mostly buy the plain or vanilla flavor because I enjoy making homemade parfaits with various fresh or frozen fruit and nuts that I happen to have on hand at that time. The plain and vanilla are great for parfaits or just by themselves. A bonus of the Great Value Plain yogurt is that it helps to calm an acid refux flair up.
