I have been use fresh red potatoes for years. They are my husband's favorite.. I usually make a big family style tray. I like to bake mine in oven . I add some sour cream,olive oil,garlic, salt,black pepper and fresh herbs, smoked paprika, little water and some lemon . I like to cover mine with foil bake 450 for 30 and uncovered for 30 minutes at 375 until the top looks crispy and golden. And just poke and see if it soft.
