Fresh Whole Red Potatoes, 3lb Bag

A simple red potato - boiled - mashed then smothered in butter is one of my daily routines for dinner. The red potato has less starch than others - but will provide you with potassium. All I need to complete my dinner - is my choice of one protein one additional vegetable of choice. Red potato is also considered the healthiest, also the best for making potato salad - as it holds in shape when cubed. Still prefer to simply boil - mash and butter.

They're a better deal than the tiny ones and they're a good size for multiple recipes. they give your potatoe sald a good flavor and they're also great slightly hollowed out and baked so you can fill them with cheese and scallions or whatever your preference, and pop them back into the over to melt it all.
