Make sure your chicken is cooked thoroughly by checking the temperature in several spots. **To Thaw: **Store covered in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight, or thaw in a microwave on defrost setting. **For best results when breading or marinating frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute. **Grill - From Frozen **1. Preheat grill to medium heat. **2. Grill frozen breasts, turning occasionally, 30 to 35 minutes, or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced and temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Grill thawed breasts 15 to 20 minutes.) **Oven cook - From Frozen **Conventional Oven†: **1. Preheat oven 375°F. **2. Bake frozen breasts 40 to 50 minutes, or until juices run clear when thickest part for chicken is pierced and temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F.
