Gravy at Thanksgiving when everyone is watching? Absolute hero. This is the flour that shows up early, works overtime, and never complains. It has the fine, powdery confidence of something that knows it's about to be involved in greatness. You scoop it, it behaves. You mix it, it cooperates. You bake with it, and suddenly people think you “know what you're doing.” I've used it for pancakes, brownies, bread, thickening sauces, and once to fix a recipe that I absolutely messed up. Did it judge me? No. It carried the team. Pros: Works for literally everything Makes you look like a competent adult Zero drama, zero clumps Cons: Will not clean the kitchen afterward Still requires you to preheat the oven Final Verdict: If flour had a personality, this one would be calm, reliable, and quietly superior. Five stars. Would trust it with my baked goods and my reputation.

I bake a lot of bread and prefer this GV AP flour to some specialty bread flours. It is great for pastries, baking and with ot without adding yeast depending on the type of bread or baked goods I am making. It is excellent for cooking as well. It's so versatile and I just love working with it.
