I very highly recommend this brand of pasta. This is the brand that my family has used for years. Every Sunday we have a giant pot of sauce and meatballs to pour over DeCecco pasta. Years ago, my Nonna used to make her own pasta, but after trying this brand… the convenience was so worth it. It is delicious as a meal or a side dish.

Because the wheat is European, it has not been exposed to glyphosate. That's critical. I particularly like penne because they maintain a robust texture when fully cooked.
