Delicious spaghetti, cooked with a small amount of 1st pressed virgin olive oil and lots of salt, as noted by many Italian cooks. My choice of sauce on a budget is Contadina tomato paste seasoned with garlic or Italian herbs or both. I leave a small amount of broth from cooked spaghetti and add the small can of tomato paste, add Italian herbs and minced garlic and olive oil and cook to meld the flavors. Then I add Parmesan cheese that I grate over the sauce and blend the grated cheese into the heated sauce. I buy the block of Parmesan cheese due to it tasting Italian, like at Italian restaurants! A win, win!

After much research I found durham wheat flour makes better pasta. Cheaper brands contain fillers. Sauces cling better to this pasta. It's well worth the extra money.
