This cottage cheese is consistently very creamy . Slightly tangy but very delicious and is great plain or topped with fresh fruit or veggies. I always us d to get so surprised when my cat saw that I was taking out the container because she'd always sit next to me with big sad eyes until I gave her her fill of the creamy part lol. I know I am getting my calcium when I eat my cottage cheese and being a diabetic, it does not spike my sugar. I put it on sliced tomatoes for a snack or a side with dinner. I add it into my meals like lasagna, stuffed shells, potato casseroles, Italian casseroles, mac and cheese bakes. You cant beat the creamy texture it gives your creations.
